In the southern Highlands lies the small distillery Edradour. The Edradour 21 Years Old Oloroso Cask Finish was distilled in December 1995 and then matured in ex-Bourbon Hogsheads. In February 2005 the whisky was transferred to First-Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts and matured there for another 12 years.
