Arbikie was first discovered as a farm distillery in 1794. The 1794 Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whisky is a tribute to this field-to-bottle tradition - the revival of a truly authentic way of distilling. As with the Limited Edition bottling, rye is combined with new, charred American oak. However, with the 1794, maturation takes place entirely in live new oak, this creates exciting flavours and aromas that capture the imagination and the senses.
