It generates an abundance of ruby red flowers, that each feature striking yellow stamens, later transforming into fragrant golden fruit. Much loved for its deciduous growing habit of branching brown stems and fresh green foliage, this Flowering Quince is a compact and thornless hardy shrub that makes a bold statement wherever placed.
