Sharpham Brie is hand-made with the milk from Jersey Cows. This English Brie cheese is sublimely rich and sweet and develops savoury mushroom motes when ripe. Suitable for vegetarians and made from pasteurised milk. Sharpham Brie is more of a Coulommier-style cheese and has been handmade using their own recipe since 1981. Buttercup yellow with fresh cow's milk from our Jersey herd is a mould-ripened cheese—firm, rich and creamy when young, softening with mushroomy notes and a chicory finish with age. It is beautiful when baked, pivotal to a good cheese board, and pairs particularly well with an ale chutney. The chutney complements the rich and creamy brie and its savoury aged flavour.
