Templers Telux flux is a versatile soldering flux ideal for capillary joints on copper pipework, brass, mild steel, and other metals. It's available in 50g and 450g containers and is UK WRAS listed, safe for hot, cold, and potable water. It also suits gas pipework. For use, remove scale and oxide with emery cloth or wire wool, and clean joint areas. Apply a thin film of Telux on both surfaces before assembly. Use a soldering iron or blowtorch to heat and add solder as needed. Cool, then wipe clean while still warm.
