This stainless steel separator features an internal concentrator to remove air and dirt, leading to lower friction due to its smooth surfaces. Its material resists corrosion and oxidation, outperforming carbon steel against water and biocides. It doesn't contribute to oxidation or sludge. Stainless steel's thermal properties exceed those of iron or carbon steel. It has a high-capacity auto air vent, fast bleed valve, and drain valve. Reduced commissioning times after the initial fill enhance system longevity by eliminating air and dirt. Floating dirt is removed via a valve under the air vent, which is also used for air release when filling. The large collector requires occasional flushing while operational, without shutdown. It offers low-pressure drop, bi-directional flow, and works up to 110C, tested to 21 bar, with a maximum flow rate of 3m/sec. It comes in a range of sizes and is corrosion and oxidation-resistant..
