This combined air and dirt separator is demountable with a high-capacity auto air vent, fast bleed valve, and drain valve. It reduces commissioning times after the initial fill, enhancing system life by eliminating air and dirt. Air collects in the chamber and vents automatically, while dirt is removed by opening the valve under the air vent, which also releases air when filling the system. The large collector allows operational flushing without shutdown. It features low-pressure drop, bi-directional flow, and withstands temperatures up to 110C. It's tested to 21 bar and boasts all stainless steel construction, ensuring a maximum flow rate of 3m/sec, and superior thermal properties. The stainless steel separator's smooth surfaces reduce friction and resist corrosion. Its thermal properties surpass iron or carbon steel, avoiding oxidation and sludge formation.
