This combined air & dirt separator features a demountable design, high capacity auto air vent, fast bleed valve, & drain valve. It significantly reduces commissioning times post initial fill & extends system life by eliminating air & dirt. Air collects in a chamber & is automatically vented, while floating dirt is removed by a valve beneath the air vent, which also releases air when filling. The large collector ensures infrequent flushing & can be done without shutting down. It offers low-pressure drop, bi-directional flow, & operates at a maximum temperature of 110C, tested to 21 bar. Constructed from stainless steel, it supports a flow rate of up to 3m/sec. It resists corrosion, oxidation, & provides superior thermal properties compared to iron or carbon steel. An internal concentrator aids in air & dirt removal. Smooth surfaces reduce friction. Stainless steel prevents degradation, oxidation, & sludge build-up, offering enhanced resilience to water & biocides..
