The JTM PN40 Screwed Flange - 1 1/2 inch is used to seal the ends of a pipeline or connection. It comes in various sizes, with diameters ranging from 95mm to 375mm and thicknesses between 16mm and 34mm. The number of holes and corresponding bolt sizes vary by diameter: DN15 uses 4 M12X55 bolts, DN20 and DN25 require 4 M12X65 bolts, DN32 and DN40 need 4 M16X65 bolts, DN50 and DN65 take 8 M16X70 bolts, DN80 accommodates 8 M16X75 bolts, DN100 needs 8 M20X80 bolts, DN125 and DN150 use 8 M24X80 and M24X90 bolts respectively, while DN200 requires 12 M27X90 bolts. Note, bolts are sold separately. The flanges arrive with a primer-finished black paint that may chip during shipment, but this does not compromise quality.
