The flanges conform to 112PN6 S/O BS4504 Table 6 standards. Sizes vary from DN15 to DN200 with corresponding diameters, thicknesses, pitch circle diameters (PCD), number of holes, and bolt sizes. The DN15 flange has a diameter of 80mm and is 12mm thick, with a PCD of 55mm requiring 4 M10X45 bolts. The sizes increase up to DN200 with a diameter of 320mm, thickness of 22mm, and a PCD of 280mm requiring 8 M16X70 bolts. Flanges are coated in primer finished black paint, which may chip during transportation but does not affect quality. Once installed, flanges are usually painted in red oxide to prevent rust.
