Drip trims are installed along the roof's lowest edge where water can flow into the gutter. Two support battens should be installed on the fascia to sit under the trim, allowing the gutter to fit behind it. Both trim should be glued to the batten on the vertical face, and nails should be used to secure the horizontal face to the roof decking. If you nail through the face of the trim, the final topcoat finish on the front face will show through. Simply overlap (by 50mm) and slot two parts together with Fix ALL adhesive, then tape and resin over the joint with woven tape.
