Magnolia 'Daphne' has a slew of deep yellow, tulip-shaped flowers that adorn the upright stems. This convenient, deciduous variation has a tidy, rounded habit. It has also earned the highly regarded RHS AGM. The blooms appear in the middle to late spring, surrounded by a cover of fresh green foliage. Unlike many other varieties, the flowers show up and keep their colour with little fading. It can be grown as part of a mixed border or as a single specimen. They are also ideal for small gardens.
