Native to the Caucasus Mountains in northern Iran, this eye-catching perennial produces rosettes of deep green foliage with flower spikes of pinkish-red tubular blooms. Echium ?Red Feathers? will bloom from May to October, with regular deadheading, and will provide excellent architectural interest without the need for staking. This Viper's Bugloss is drought tolerant once established and will seed about to create young plants.
