We were very excited to work with the highly respected Young Master Brewery from Hong Kong. We combined our knowledge of creating distinct and remarkable sours, coming up with a fantastic trio of additions we feel work really well in harmony. We utilised orange zest for the sour enhancement and a moderate touch of ginger and star anise for the Asian influence. Zingiber is light, zingy and beautifully drinkable with all the character from each carefully selected ingredient creating a true experiential journey.
