This limited version of Necessary Evil has been aged in Cognac barrels for 8 months. The character of candied fruit and light spice from the Cognac works beautifully to complement the silky and complex imperial stout. Best served around 10-12°C, so take out of the fridge for a while before serving. Whilst this beer will age well, there is no time like the present, so we recommend openingand enjoying it as soon as possible.
