Simply mix the product with water and apply it using a watering can. The nematodes contained within are naturally occurring microscopic organisms that target and eliminate pests. This solution is long-lasting and resistant to weather conditions. Vine Weevil is a destructive pest, with larvae damaging plants by feeding on their roots, and adult beetles harming foliage. For effective control, apply when the larvae are active?typically from March to May and again from July to November, when the soil temperature is above 5°C (40°F). (12m² Pack) Important: The pack contains living organisms and should be refrigerated upon arrival. Use the product before the expiry date, which is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after dispatch. Note: This product is unavailable to customers in Eire. Available in two pack sizes: 12m² and 100m². For controlling adult vine weevils, use Nematop Adult Vine Weevil Traps. These traps should be placed under plants when adult weevils are active (typically from June to September). Each trap contains a wooden board with grooves filled with a gel that houses 2.5 million nematodes (Steinernema carpocapsae), which attract and kill the adult beetles. One trap covers an area of 10m² or 4m of hedging and remains effective for about 6 weeks. Position traps when adult vine weevils are active, typically between May and September.
