This Aluminium Connect Roman blind kit contains everything you need to make your own roman blind. The roman blind rail can easily be cut to size. Maximum cord allows a drop of 250cm. It also has a new and improved side winder pulley mechanism which has a quick release wheel that comes away from the blind in the event of a child getting entangled, this means P-Clips are not required with this kit, and so there is no need to have unsightly holes drilled in your wall. The finished width including the pulley is an extra 1.5cms. When releasing the child safe device simply pulls away from the header and the whole chain releases. Please note if the chain releases, it is important to follow the re assembly instructions to ensure it will release currently afterwards. It is highly recommended for wider blinds, as its gearing mechanism takes the effort out of raising the blind, due to its smooth operation. The strong aluminium head rail with hook tape secured in place to fix your blind to, and the discrete supports mean you can fix anywhere along the length of the headrail to get the best fixings in your wall. This Roman Blind Kit can be used with most fabric types. And all you need in addition to this kit is the fabric and lining to make your own stunning roman blinds.
