The Shimano Deore XT M8000 rear derailleur receives a complete makeover and as a result it features Shimano's pioneering Shadow RD technology and a refined geometry for increased stability. The Shadow Plus rear derailleur follow the range topping XTR in providing a lighter shift effort, with external adjustability and increased clutch tension range, and an even lower profile for improved clearance from trail hazards. The derailleur provides a light action through the shifter which results in a positive and perfectly executed shift as well as a smooth journey throughout the cassette.
